THEY HAVE CAME OUT TWICE AND TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE NOT REPOSSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGES DUE TO IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH TERMIS. I NO LONGER DO BUSINES WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THERE WORK. THE INSPECTIONS OF MY FLOOR DID NOT SEAT GOOD WITH ME AT ALL.

Why would a terminix technician come to my house for pest control with nearly 1 foot of snow around the house, leave an invoice for $96.30 indicating the area treated was the "garage"...since that is the only area not covered in snow.

Total rip-off. I've called the company and was told they will re-schedule. If I receive a statement for this service, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. He shouldn't have come out in the first place.

I had not scheduled interior service.

And this is not the first time.South Orange, NJ.

Your technician will not get paid if he does not complete his stop ,his manager will get his quarterly bonus if his tech sprays your house with a foot of snow around it,if you cancel tech gets less commission for cancelled, suspended customers, either way tech gets the shaft managers still get their bonuses! The technician just sprays because he is stuck in the middle!Ask for winter delay until April then call a local co. Who will do what you want, since you will find out they give NO winter delays read the Winter Service Post on this Pissed Consumer post!

Spraying plywood will not damage it. It sounds like you have a really bad moisture problem and want someone else to pay for it.
