Missed appointments, customer service does not even try and help you with your issue. Had to speak to someone for over two weeks to get my problem resolved and still ended up paying to be rid of Terminix.
Even though they could not get rid of my pest problem. Horrible company model leads to horrible employees. When you call the corporate office to try and get issues resolved they are no better than the branch employees.
Do not go with this company, you will not get the service you requested. I will try and call Orkin and see if they are any better.
