Horrible. I had my services transferred.

I explained to them my work hours. They continue to schedule my home visits during my work hours. Even as much as scheduling a Sunday appointment. ( They are not open on Sunday).

When I finally got an appointment that matches my work schedule. Guess what. They came early and I was not home yet. When I called to tell them they scheduled me another appointment, guess what during work hours.

I got so frustrated I said please cancel my order. I was placed on hold and another lady came t the phone and said " so, you want your order cancelled, why. I proceeded to explain to her what happened and she said ok, we will cancel. Did not even try to make an effort to save the account.

So, I have been trying to reach my local office to tell them about this for 3 days now and no one picks up the phone and can't leave a message. Shake My Head, bad business.

Product or Service Mentioned: Terminix Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $80.

It's best Terminix didn't show up. Your problems would have been worse. Look up Terminix complaint board and check your local Yelp ratings on them.
