first of all they did not confirm my appointment so the tech showed up at 8 am without notice tryed to call the rep on his cell no answer left message no answer , was financed for half the cost and recieved a bill three days latter asking for payment in full .no return to check the house in the five days infact it has now been 2 weeks they said they would be here today at 3pm still waiting and it is now 3:30 pm cant get hold of anyone in the corporate office very dissatisfied. planning to ask for full refund they say satisfaction or money back lets see how that goes
