On 3 separate occasions Terminix missed appointments I had made both on the internet and with personal phone calls to the 800 number. No explanation was given and no apology for wasting 3 afternoons of my times.
Go to Orkin or Truly Nolan...you'll get much better service. The first day, the tech was 45 mins late and said she was overworked. I understood and Lets plan on Mnday, same time. She said OK.
Monday noone showed up and I called the 800 number to reschedule...my fault (should've called Orkin right then). Ok, Tuesday, same time, 1:00-3:00, fine.
Well, the time came and went....noone!
