I purchased a Terminix plan June 1 for termite, general pest control and spider treatment. After receiving treatments July 13, I had more bugs in my home than before the treatment. I tried numerous times to get a hold of someone from Terminix in my local office (Franklin TN) to help assist the issues in home and continued to call since July. I scheduled an appointment online which was a 3-month checkup since I cannot get communication with the Franklin office.
The exterminator Gavin on August 14 looked at the problem and said there is nothing he can do about it and I would have to purchase a different service that would cost $7000 and up. He also said I was sold the wrong treatment to begin with, sold by Irfran (Ron). I asked if Gavin could get a hold of a supervisor so I could get the pest problem taken care of somehow. I was never contacted. I called the FRANKLIN TN Terminix office several times only to be hung up on. I emailed 6 times to cancel my contract. I have not received any type of refund or any communication with Terminix
I have talked to corporate customer service after sending several emails and also sending a letter to the Memphis office. I finally cancelled as of August 19 and will be getting a refund.
I received a call from the service manager Craig at the Franklin office on August 24 . I explained to Craig that I have cancelled my services and would like a refund since I have been trying to cancel within the first 30 days and had zero communication with the Franklin office and spiders running all over my home. He stated that he could not do a refund until he personally solved the issue regarding the spiders in my home. I told him once again, I have canceled ALL services and am extremely frustrated with Terminix and the communication from the Franklin office. I would just like a refund. He insisted on trying to make things right and would like me to give Terminix a second chance before he issued a refund. I agreed to let him come to my house and address the spider issue.
Craig came out to my house several times in September inspecting the spider situation and did an additional treatment. He told me to give it a bit of time and I would see drastic improvement. The first couple of days after the second treatment, the number of spiders I was seeing/killing was less than usual. But soon after, the infestation went back to normal, and I am still seeing/killing over thirty spiders in my home a day. Craig nor Terminix have been back out to my house since September. On top of the spider issue, I am still being charged $100.40 for services when I canceled August 19. I called Terminix customer service on November 2 and was put through to Terminix Chattanooga. I spoke with Robin I believe who was very understanding of my concerns. She emailed the Franklin office and said hopefully they would give me a call today or tomorrow.
Still no contact with the Franklin office November 3, I decided to call the Franklin office only to be hung up on by Anika. I then called again and spoke with her about my issues. She stated my contract was still active and I could cancel now. I told her that I have already cancelled and need to speak with someone regarding this issue. She then placed me on hold in which no one ever came back to answer. So then, I called Terminix customer service and spoke with Robin in Chattanooga again. I told her I still have not heard from anyone. I tried calling the Franklin office and was hung up on and then placed on hold. I am frustrated and not sure what to do at this point. She sent another email to the Franklin office.
November 3 Crag reached out to me. He stated that I was not cancelled on his end in the Franklin TN office and if I was to cancel I would still have to pay for the 12 month contract. Also, if I did cancel now I would be charged for a cancellation fee and installment fee. Then said that if I did not have a contract, he would have not done the additional treatment in my home. I reminded him that I cancelled on August 19 with corporate because I had been calling the Franklin office and never could get any communication with anyone. I have email confirmation via Terminix my Ultimate Service Plan was cancelled. I also reminded him of our conversation in August that he would not issue a refund until he personally fixed the spider problem. I told him I should not continue paying for services when I cancelled months ago and when treatment has been ineffective and spiders are still full blast running all over my home. He told me that the problem would not be eliminated overnight and there is a process. The second round of treatment would have brought the spiders out more, and he's just helping me out. I told him, please do not take this personally. I know there is a process to eliminate spiders but this is an ongoing issue. It is the same way it was before the two treatments and I have given Terminix a second chance to fix it. He asked if I would like to schedule another appointment and sent me an email of my contract.
At this point, I am overly frustrated with Terminix. This has been 6 months of *** and I am ready to move on to another company to fix my spider issues.

My wife call one of the numbers you gave to me and the suppose to come back on 8-9-21 and she will do a walk though with that person and do what they promise.

we have a mouse problem. we were convinced by a technition that replacing our insulation in the basement would cure the problem, it didn't.
two more visits from technitions proved fruitless. was told by the last one that if we saw a mouse after a week to call for help. we waited two weeks, caught 6 mice on sticky traps that I bought we tried to call for more service, the person we talked to said they were having trouble making an appointment and someone would call us which never happened!!! we have tried to call the last couple of days, told lines were extremely busy, press 1 for schedule call back, been waiting almost 2 hours with NO CALL!
promises have been made and NOT kept!!! unless things change we will not be renewing our contract, telling everyone we know the way we've been treated and notefing the bank we were financed through about your way of doing busness so they will think twice about doing business with your company ever again

I called them do you have a problem resolved with bed bugs.
Moved into a home with used furniture full of the mites.
Got rid of almost all the furniture but not the bugs
They went into the walls and floors. And left lesions and bites on me and my cat.
I was told if they put a tent over the house they would be able to get rid of them( the bugs)I had to leave for at least four days! I stayed out a total of 6 nights, When i returned chemicals were still present on everything and this was extremely burning to my skin.But i
also tried to get in touch with them at the hotel Where I was holding the check for them. I got the check on the fourth, Service was done on the fifth. I notified them that I had a check for them with no response from either the tech or his management,Can I receive a call when Im at home from a Service master saying they were pleased that I had a new account with them,I didnt even know what type of a/c Service master had.But it was company they use for loans boy was I surprised.
After much going back-and-forth with Service-master I had to pay them with my loan from my bank in order to suffice the loan they created without my permission.Im positive this was to ensure that they got paid whether I was happy or not. But the fact that I still have any issue with the bugs and Ive gotten no response from them Im Considering my next step to be a legal one. They also helped me move some crates from the storage unit, so they could be sprayed, but This was the late afternoon before the service they didnt give me time to open these crates to properly allow for spraying, so they couldn't be treated So I tried to cancel the appointment that was the following day. Sterling W the tech wouldn't allow me to.
Im sure this was due to the fact that they were planning on getting paid as soon as the job was done, so it really didn't matter what I got done or didn't get done properly.
As long as they got paid. Immediate payment was a sure thing for them.
So now I still have the bugs and Im still even sicker than I was before because of the chemical poisons that's in the walls cabinets the floor that burn when touched and Im still trying to get it out not even to mention my clothes with both chemicals and bugs in them. I cannot buy any new furniture I'm down to one couch only my clothes are in crates and bags and whenever I touch something and try to clean it my hands and skin burn. On top of that I have a storage unit that's been half cleaned out, and I have to pay for that on top of two loan payments one for their Services and one for the hotel.
I'm in more shape now than if I had never had to do anything. And I thought there was supposed to be some kind of guarantee that they will come back until the problem was resolved I haven't even heard from them.
I have not been in the best of health, but I plan on contacting their corporate office and if I cannot resolve it there then I'll be looking into a lawyer. I initially thought the fact that they had a guarantee would be the way to go.

Preferred solution: Rectify the problem by steam cleaning the areas they were suppose t rid of parasites. If they can’t get rid of them I would like a refund and an apology because they elicited a loan without my permission

Honestly to this day still & it’s been going on months now Terminix Pest Control Company has still not gotten back to me and has been completely seriously ignoring my calls and messages both refusing too respond or call me back nor give me back my money I seriously need back ASAP I am extremely upset with this company NEED HELP PLEASE !
