Do not sign anything. Do not trust anything. I called and complained the very day they showed up over an 1 hr early, then charged me over $150 anyways. Contacted Terminix to start service for an ant problem on my rental unit. Gave them contact information for my renter to schedule an appointment. Renter let me know Terminix never called. Call to Terminix revealed they scheduled a random appointment a week out. Consequently, I told them to cancel the service. They refused because they scheduled the service in my renters name. I paid $900 for exclusion services for rodents. I was not home when they came but my mother was. When I got home I realized they had not put down many traps. They sealed my house from the outside so now the rodents can't get out and they are running around. I sent an email requesting that they come and bring traps. I have been a customer since 2003, for both pest control and termite protection. I moved and had a termite inspection, paid the fee and discovered the service was provided to the wrong address. Worst company ever, they came to my house for and exclusion, it only took 1 1/2 hour visit, the inspector said, i'm not finishing the work. Very pushy service tech. I asked for an estimate only. Next thing I know he has scheduled me for service, and never gave me a written estimate! Called to cancel and was told my whole house would fall apart if I didn't get it done. REALLY??? Add comment

Had home inspection appointment for BETWEEN 10 and 12. 1:30 nothing, called spent 5 to 10 minute waiting for someone to come on line, explained situation they said would forward me to customer service waited at least 10 to 15 minutes then phone went click, click and line went dead, dropped call.
