I have used Terminex for pest control for years. I have always had to be home to instruct them on what to do, since they couldn't manage to do that from one visit to another, but I never followed them around my home to see if they did what was requested. We had a problem from the people that previously lived in our house with bugs. Having kids, I needed it taken care of right away! The Terminix website said they would be there withing 24 hours. Terminix - Paid invoices state plan is Liquid Defense System - they say we have different coverage.

We are selling our home. Terminix comes out to do an inspection and tells us we don't have the coverage plan that our invoice says we have. We can't close on the house without this particular termite coverage. i made an appointment on Monday for a termite inspection for Tuesday between 8-10 am. Here it is 10:15am, no one is here. I called them, they called the tech to see where he was. of course no answer. Terrible not only did they charge my credit card on file without my convent , I have had them ask for cash while in my home and one jack *** wanted me to call him with my debit card number on his own cell phone wtf!!! This is the worst experience !!!! Add comment

Well I scheduled and appointment last Friday when they 2 hours late a rescheduled for next Monday and they no call and no showed! Must have to much work. I wish I had that problem! Add comment

Said took traps, did not. Not only did this happen once but 2 times. Came to home for termite inspection, said I had activity, was on plan, then district manager came and said did not have activity at all. Came to home when I told them not to. Did outside area, but who knows if they did, considering they lied about changing traps on 2 separate incidences. Made several complaints with no avail.... Read more

We are customers that want to autopay for service. The fact that there are 2 houses has absolutely flummoxed Terminix's billing system. Over many customer service calls, they assured us they've coordinated the billing for both properties to directly debit, only to find out they stopped servicing one house and sent us to collections. We made appointments twice on two different days for our termite inspection. We had to pay someone to stay home to let them in. They never showed up. When we called to complained, the phone reps are rude and unfriendly. If you ask for the manager, they get upset and no one ever bother to call. Absolutely horrible customer service.
