Mosquito service is not as advertised. Left messages for technician that were not returned. Don't waste your money it doesn't work. You can buy yard spray for cheaper.

I called and made an appointment. No one showed up on that date and time. I called terminex and they left a message for the technician. He never called back. The next called I made was to cancel the service...they didn't care. Meanwhile my time was wasted and i still have a pest problem. I was put out by their lack of caring about my problem not even a call back to reschedule. If i wasn't in their range of service, why didn't they tell me that?... Read more

I had a exclusion service done. When they came to do the job, the service guy was only going to do half of what we agreed to. when I told him that wasn't correct he just left. After I got them to agree to what I was paying for he came back and did the job. Then weeks later I discovered that it was not done properly. Worst company for follow-up and customer service terrible. They received initial payment 2200 no contract since. Then they said my responsibility to set appt when technician informed me of procedure. I now see several complaints of same issues.

My initial inspection the "inspector" actually a salesman (Douglass McIntosh) called me at 12, after setting my time from 5-7, saying he was on his way. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday, Aug 17th, between 10 am and noon. I received a call at 1:00 pm stating the printout schedule was in error. This is after he called a few days earlier to confirm the 10 to noon appt. Appt rescheduled for 8 am - 10 am on Friday, Aug 19th. No show, so I called to cancel the appt. I just want to update my last post about terminex, they have gotten the problem solved thanks to kc from terminex they came in a got the problem solved , so the company's product are not bad you just have to speak to the right people there. But the customer service center sucks really bad they do not seem to work with your local branch as they should. A big thank you goes out to kc for taking care of this in a very good time matter. I have never seen a company run so poorly as Terminix. I scheduled three appointments and stayed home and all three times and no one ever came out. I have decided to go with another company as I do not believe Terminix will ever come out even if I gave them another chance. This is the worse company I have ever seen. On 3 separate occasions Terminix missed appointments I had made both on the internet and with personal phone calls to the 800 number. No explanation was given and no apology for wasting 3 afternoons of my times. Go to Orkin or Truly Nolan...you'll get much better service.
