Nobody should use this company. I had an exclusion service with them which cost a thousand dollars. They did absolutely nothing. The contract indicates if there is no satisfaction money would be refunded. It has been 5 months and repeated calls and no refund. So they took a thousand dollars for nothing. It is a total scam. I want the refund honofred. I think this is a company that should not exist and the staff appeared totally untrained. They actually used my traps! I'm a 20 plus year monthly service customer with Terminix. Technician said she would service my home in March. I never received a call. She always calls. I assumed she serviced my home. No evidence nor a receipt that she was at my home. I paid the monthly bill of $61 for March. I called and told customer service that I never received a call from my technician. I called customer service again stating that I don't believe my house was sprayed for pests in March. I told them I paid them anyway. No service again in April. I still get... Read more

Had an appointment. Long 2 hours window. No one showed up. Called them twice - agents on phone, are not at all sorry for not keeping up to appointment. They keep you on hold saying someone will find out where is the technician - and then, you are on hold forever without any response. Not reliable, they don't about customer's time - no sense of responsibility - no courtesy to keep you informed. Not recommended. Read more

The person called me prior to the visit and told me when he was coming. I told him ok and that I would probably not be at home but for him to go ahead and do his regular thing outside. He asked me if I wanted him to go inside of the house and I told him no. I returned from an appointment to find him servicing my property. He greeted me and ask me again if I wanted him to go insideof the house. I again told him no. I then left for another appointment. I expected him to finish his job and leave the paperwork on the front door as he usually did.... Read more

Generally the actual service has been fine. But when I was double billed for termite control, I discovered erratic billing for different amounts, etc. After much probing, they said it was credited to my account, but I was never able to find it. Then, in trying to communicate, I discovered 27 different telephone numbers, strange service schedules ("zero to 2 am"), no-shows, no processing of a needed rescheduling. I can rate their work but i have to say it can't be all that good. I purchased a home and was going to take over the Terminix account since the bate traps were around the house. Well for one they can't keep an appointment NO SHOW. First told me 3-5 then after 30 minutes on hold they would be there at 7. still No Show. Called in was told a local branch would call me the next day NO CALL back. Then a supervisor said it has been escalated, Still NO CALL back. Terminix approached me about installing craw space vents and vapor barrier. First, appoint was a no show with no call. Second appoint was for 1PM and they showed up at 8AM and expected me to be there. When work was performed vents were poorly installed and three vents were not done. Vapor barrier was not secured. After representative came to house and concurred that job was not correct, installers returned. They broke bricks on installation and did nothing to correct the poor installation done previously. About 10 years ago I called Terminix to find the bugs that were leaving little piles of black dust on the inside of my house. They said there were no bugs. Two years ago we had to replace the front door and side lights because the carpenter ants had eaten through the wall. Today - one week before we have 42 people for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner - I find that another wall is completely infested and crumbling inside. Terminix are killers of pets like cats and dogs… The employees of that Company are unprofessional they don’t know nothing and they don’t care if there is any animal inside or under the house before they put the gas… This Company killed my lovely cat Ronsi… And I have the photos to prove…. I had an appointment with Terminix from 8-10AM. It is now after 1PM. I have called them 6 times since 10:19AM. I have been put on hold for 10 minutes, 16 minutes, 19 minutes at a time. I asked for a Manager, I was promised to speak to one in 30 minutes, about 2 hours ago. The operators are polite but have no influence on the inspectors in the field. The guy assigned to my appointment has not called their office or myself in over 3 hours. Inconsiderate, nonresponsive, unprofessional, and I'll tell anyone who will listen how worthless I think...
